The Edgewater development, Portstewart, was officially launched at the weekend with four show suites being open to the public to view for the first time.

 There has been much speculation about this landmark scheme and it certainly lived up to all viewers expectations. There were approximately 700 parties through the development over the two days of opening on Saturday and Sunday and there was nothing but praise for what has been successfully created.

 As a consequence two further bookings were made so that in the first release of 7 apartments only one now remains which is a fantastic start for this unique and exceptional development.
